Investors can buy stakes of their choosing in residential blocks, purpose-built student accommodation or commercial property, diversifying effortlessly across multiple properties.
Property Partner outsources third party property managers who find tenants and professionally manage the properties. Investors receive rental income in proportion to the shares they own and, through our unique secondary market, can exit their investment at the market price at a time of their choosing.
In our fourth year, Property Partner has attracted thousands of investors, amassed over £100m property assets under management and to date has secured £28m in venture capital funding from Index Ventures (backers of Funding Circle), Octopus Ventures (Zoopla), Dawn Capital (iZettle) and Seedcamp (Transferwise).

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a keen, proactive and versatile Marketing Assistant to help support a very busy marketing function.
Your role will be a diverse and dynamic role where no one day will be the same. You’ll be helping to deliver new customer acquisition campaigns, CRM programmes to increase loyalty and value amongst our existing customers, as well as helping to keep us organised and our budgets on track.
You’ll get the opportunity to expand your skills and learn plenty of new ones as you’ll be working across all our key channels from PPC to social and from PR to print advertising.
You’ll have a nice balance of being creative, technically savvy and analytical. But above all you’ll be hungry to learn.
- Marketing-related Qualification - either University or Professional body such as CIM/IDM
- At least 1 year performing a marketing role
- Strong all rounder
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience within a regulated environment (such as finance/investment)
- Experience within a digital or start-up environment
- Self-motivated and results-orientated
- Quick learner - able to pick up new concepts and tasks easily
- Versatile and adaptable
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Team player - happy to work as a team and to step outside of remit in order to make things happen
