Property Partner is a fast growing and ambitious fintech property investment platform that has created a functioning stock exchange of individual property assets. Investors can buy stakes of their choosing in residential blocks, purpose-built student accommodation or commercial property, diversifying effortlessly across multiple properties.
Property Partner outsources third party property managers who find tenants and professionally manage the properties. Investors receive rental income in proportion to the shares they own and, through our unique secondary market, can exit their investment at the market price at a time of their choosing.
In our fourth year, Property Partner has attracted thousands of investors, amassed over £100m property assets under management and to date has secured £28m in venture capital funding from Index Ventures (backers of Funding Circle), Octopus Ventures (Zoopla), Dawn Capital (iZettle) and Seedcamp (Transferwise).

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and innovative Technical Marketing Analyst to supercharge our customer acquisition pipeline, increase engagement within our existing customer base, and improve processes through the implementation of marketing technologies.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Design, tracking, execution, measurement and reporting of cost-effective, ROI positive customer acquisition marketing activity to help us grow our business rapidly.
- Design, implementation, reporting, and payment of financial promotions to engage our current customer base.
- Project managing migrations to new technologies, integrating existing solutions and making upgrades from older versions.
You will almost certainly come from a start-up background and have a proven track record in implementing and reporting on successful customer acquisition campaigns and customer retention campaigns. You will also have experience implementing organisation wide technical solutions e.g. top down CRM systems.
You will be analytical and have a restless desire to improve and innovate, constantly creating new tests and thinking of ways to efficiently grow our customer base, increase engagement and improve processes.
Experience in analysing business performance data and presenting results to c-suite executives
Experience in marketing performance analysis: tracking implementation, attribution, analytics, strategy and ROI forecasting with various levels of cohort analysis.
Strong Excel modelling and SQL knowledge needed to manipulate and extract customer data
Financial accounting background for accrual marketing budgeting and financial promotion payments
Experience in a regulated environment with working knowledge of FCA requirements, MiFID II requirements, and upcoming GDPR requirements
Experience segmenting customer base and delivering bespoke CRM campaigns
Strong HTML knowledge
Proven track record in project managing complex technical integrations (e.g. Salesforce)
Proven track record in negotiating with vendors and managing relationships
Financial services experience / experience within a regulated environment
Experience within a digital or start-up environment
Masters Degree in Business, Maths or Economics
Self-motivated and results-orientated
Versatile and adaptable - able to think big picture but also roll up your sleeves to get things done
Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
Team player - happy to work as a team and to step outside of remit in order to make things happen
